FESTIVAL REVIEW: ArcTanGent 2019 – Thursday

ArcTanGent is back for its seventh year, providing a haven for for fans of math-rock, post-rock, post-hardcore and all the weird, noisy spaces in between. This year is arguably the biggest yet, with a brand new stage and headliners including Coheed & Cambria, Battles and Meshuggah.

FESTIVAL REVIEW: 2000trees Festival 2019 – Thursday

2000trees is one of our favourite festivals, ever. The 2019 edition had an absolutely stacked line-up and we at Bring The Noise UK spent all three days rushing around like crazy, trying to catch as much as possible. A arrival slightly later than planned, thanks to the ever wonderful traffic coming out of South Wales, meant that we were unable to catch the very start of the festival. However, we managed to cram a load of great bands in and still had an incredible day one!

LIVE REVIEW: Comeback Kid, Svalbard, Boston Music Room, London, 08/07/19

Having been around for nearly two decades, Comeback Kid have spent the entirety of their career churning out a seemingly endless stream of metal-infused hardcore punk tracks influencing countless younger bands along the way. Tonight in the DIY punk surroundings of Boston Music Room they took to the stage alongside British hybrid outfit Svalbard.

LIVE REVIEW: Foals, Yak, Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth, 26/06/2019

This year has already seen indie-rock outfit Foals release their first record of the year Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost - Part 1 and in support of this they have recently been out on an arena tour across the UK and Ireland. We headed to the Bournemouth date of the tour where support came from Yak to see their ferocious live show in all its glory and dance away our Wednesday night in style.
