'Songs Of Loss And Separation' is the follow-up to their 2011 debut album 'The Hymn Of A Broken Man'.
A number of artists have also been confirmed for the 2022 event taking place at Fernhill Farm in August.
The track is taken from K.Flay's forthcoming EP 'Inside Voices' which is set for release in June.
The track features a number of guest appearances from Farrell's long-term friends.
The release comes ahead of the band's yet to be announced sixth studio album.
The New Jersey-based band features members of The Gaslight Anthem, The Ratchets and Let Me Run - check out their new single here.
The EP is the second in a series, and features new tracks 'Sizzle', 'Stupid' with guest vocals from Lil B, as well as a cover of No Doubt's 'Hella Good'.
Fans will be able to get their hands on a remastered version of the band's 2003 debut album.
It is the second track to be released from the soundtrack and follows Mastodon's effort 'Forged By Neron'.
