It really is hard to get our head around the fact that the Fun Lovin’ Criminals debut album Come Find Yourself is thirty years old, oh those hedonistic days of the 1990s feel like yesterday so there is no better time for the former Fun Lovin’ Criminals frontman Huey Morgan to hit the road with a fourteen date UK tour (& two Irish shows) during October and November with the promise of hearing all thirteen tracks from that very album alongside a few solo numbers.
As we listen to the album during the writing of this preview all the memories are flooding back, who can forget the classic songs The Fun Lovin’ Criminal, Scooby Snacks with the very rude intro or King Of New York? The tour itself will take in Leeds (two shows), Edinburgh, Glasgow, Nottingham, Manchester, Brighton, London, Southampton, Norwich, Southend-On-Sea, Cambridge, Exeter, Bristol, Belfast and finishing up in Derry on 1st November. The show at Saint Luke’s in Glasgow is the one we are hoping to attend, this old church makes a fantastic venue with the first-class acoustics making it one of Glasgow’s finest venues.
Huey’s Virgin Radio show is also well worth a listen, he moved on from the BBC at the end of 2025 after spending seventeen years presenting a show on 6 Music. This tour is going to be class with the promise of hearing all the tracks from 1996 debut album Come Find Yourself.
Tickets for the tour are available here.
