Parker have announced their debut album Never Let This Go, due for release on 30th June 2023.
The band have also released a live session video for their new single, Ruin My Life.
“Ruin My Life was the last song written for the album,” explains vocalist/guitarist Dylan Bradley. “I think lyrically it’s definitely one of the more literal songs on the record. It’s about feeling like you have to give up on your dreams, sacrificing the doing the things you love all to satisfy someone else. It’s about self sabotage, it’s about ruining your own life to please other people. It was probably the easiest song on the record to make because it all just flowed really naturally, it was something that we knew exactly how we wanted it to sound. Simple, to the point, with big guitars and shouty vocals.”
