Tenside have released a video for their latest single The Last Anthem, taken from their forthcoming album Glamour & Gloom. The new video follows the band’s recent tour supporting Killswitch Engage.
“We wanted to write a song which brought a sense of relief for us as a band…” explains vocalist/guitarist Daniel Kuhlemann. “Something cathartic that was almost like a hymn or mantra, with an ominous feeling like it could also be the last song we ever write together. This song is about solidarity, resistance and how as a band, we have to deal with many ups and downs within the music industry. It’s about finding your own way through. In some ways, it’s a reflection on how we are independent and going all-in before we sell our souls.”
