Greywind have released their new single Moon, taken from their upcoming second album Severed Heart City.
“We had Moon written before our first album was even released, so it’s been a song that has been through a lot with us and we can’t wait for it to finally be free for the world to hear,” says guitarist Paul O’Sullivan. “It’s a song about longing for someone and hoping they’re thinking about you too.”
“I always picture myself sitting on a windowsill, looking up at the moon and dreaming that the person I’m thinking about is doing the exact same thing at that moment,” adds vocalist Steph O’Sullivan. “If you’re in a long distance relationship or even a friendship with someone far away, it’s comforting to look at the moon knowing they’re under it too.”
Severed Heart City is due for release on 19th September 2025 via FLG, available to pre-order and pre-save HERE.
