MUSIC NEWS: Manchester Orchestra Release ‘Never Ending’ Taken From ‘Dark Nights: Death Metal’ Soundtrack

Manchester Orchestra have released new track Never Ending, taken from the Dark Nights: Death Metal soundtrack which was executively produced by Tyler Bates.

When Tyler reached out about wanting to include us in the soundtrack for this epic comic, this song immediately came to mind. We spent some time with him adding flourishes to the original version and we were really thrilled with how well it turned out,” comments Andy Hull who voiced Lex Luthor in Sonic Metalverse (the animated showcase for DC Comics’ Dark Nights: Death Metal series).




The musical companion to the Dark Nights: Death Metal DC comic features other original tracks from artists including Soccer MommyIDLES, Denzel Curry and more. Previously Mastodon shared the lead single from the soundtrack, check out Forged By Neron. Whilst Maria Brink (In This Moment) teamed up with Bates and released Meet Me In The Fire featuring Andy Biersack, check it out here.

The release is available to pre-order now digitally, on CD and as a 2x LP with special Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman variant covers. Fans can also purchase special edition soundtrack variants of the Dark Nights: Death Metal comics, which feature customer covers and flexi singles featuring Rise AgainstGrey Daze and Denzel Curry. The Dark Nights: Death Metal soundtrack will be available digitally from 18th June 2021 and physically from 16th July 2021 via Loma Vista Recordings, available to pre-order now from HERE.
