MUSIC NEWS: Daniel Tompkins Announces Album Details & Releases ‘The Gift’ Featuring Matthew K. Heafy

Daniel Tomkins has announced his new album Ruins, due for release on 11th December 2020 via Kscope. 

Ruins is a rework of Tompkins’ previous album Castles alongside producer Paul Ortiz (Chimp Spanner), showcasing re-written music with more aggression and a darker tone. Ruins also features guest appearances from Plini, who plays guitar on Wounded Wings, as well as Trivium frontman Matthew K. Heafy, who features on latest single The Gift.

“It was an honour to be featured on The Gift.,” Heafy comments. “Having been a longtime fan of Tesseract and Dan, this was a wonderful collaboration to take part of. People are going to be floored with this release.”
