Owen (the solo project of American Football‘s Mike Kinsella) has released a video for I Should’ve Known, taken from his recently released album The Avalanche. The video was directed by longtime visual collaborator Chris Strong.
“I’m always so excited to work with Chris Strong, because I feel like he effortlessly succeeds at visually accomplishing what I’m always trying so hard to accomplish with my music,” Kinsella explains. “Whatever the tone – whether it be poignant, or irreverent, or earnest, or self-reflexive – it’s always draped in beauty. It’s undeniably aesthetically pleasing.”
