FESTIVAL NEWS: Download Festival Announces Return Of WWE NXT & More Names Joining The Line-Up

Download Festival has announced the return of WWE NXT live as well as 21 more bands, due to appear at the iconic Donington Park between the 8-10th June.

Fans will be entertained by the fully fledged WWE experience, with Aleister Black, Adam Cole, Velveteen Dream, Richochet, Nikki Cross, Shayna Baszler, Kairi Sane, The Undisputed Era* and more due to take to the ring.

“I am incredibly fired-up to welcome WWE NXT back to Download Festival,” comments Andy Copping. “This festival exclusive marriage of rock and wrestling is totally unique and the only place where you can see the world’s most legendary rock stars and the brightest WWE prospects together. If previous years are anything to go by this is going to be the biggest most fun weekend ever.”

Avatar, Hell Is For Heroes, Andrew W.K, CKY, Nothing More, Culture Abuse, Lawnmower Deth, Starcrawler, Bad Religion, Ded, Being As An Ocean, A, Ecca Vandal, Black Foxxes, Bad Cop/Bad Cop, Igorrr, Loathe, Kaiser Franz Josef, Helpless, Cellar Darling and Anchor Lane have also been confirmed in this latest announcement.

They will be joining previously announced headliners Avenged Sevenfold, Ozzy Osbourne and Guns N’ Roses, as well as Marilyn Manson, Bullet For My Valentine, Parkway Drive, Rise Against, Babymetal, Alexisonfire, Black Veil Brides, Asking Alexandria, Neck Deep, Meshuggah and many, many more.
