Alternative metal newcomers GRINN have announced their debut EP Silence, due for release on 18th September 2026.
In light of the announcement, the band have released a video for their new single Control.
“Control is about relinquishing control,” comments vocalist Federico Spera. “The lyrics were inspired by something I was reading about how certain kinds of people, who normally seem very controlling and dominating in their day-to-day life, are sometimes very sexually submissive and not only fetishise the idea of being dominated, but use real experiences of sexual submission as a form of meditation to escape from their usual controlling and demanding selves.”
