Mayday Parade have released their bittersweet new single One Day At A Time, taken from their upcoming full-length SAD – the second instalment of their three-part album project, due for release on 3rd October 2025.
“A song about growing through life and getting better as you go,” explains guitarist Brook Betts. “Correcting the past mistakes and understanding that life changes and evolves. It’s self reflection and knowing that no one is perfect.”
