Catch Your Breath have announced their new album Not Broken Enough, due for release on 28th August 2026 via Thriller Records.
The band have also released their new single Control.
“This song is for anyone who’s ever given their whole world to someone, only to realise they’ve accidentally handed over the keys to their own prison,” explains vocalist Josh Mowery. “It’s about that devastating moment you realise the person who was supposed to be your safe harbour is actually the one keeping your head underwater.”
