Sleep Theory have released a video for their single Gone or Staying, taken from their 2023 EP Paper Hearts.
“Gone or Staying is a special song to us as a band,” they comment. “In this video, we wanted to capture the tension between a couple’s relationship as it comes to an end, and the grieving process of letting go of what once was. Cullen can be seen throughout the video walking through what once was, and eventually burning his past to move on.”
