Sleep Outside have released the video for the title track of their new EP Lakes In Which To Drown In.

“As soon as we wrote this we knew it had to close out the EP, covering pretty much every influence we touch on throughout the rest of the record with a bang. Lyrically, this song was a tough one for me as it touches on some things that I’ve never talked about before and I was terrified for anybody to really figure it out for a long time,” explains vocalist/guitarist Adam Holborn.

The song is about struggling with your identity and figuring out where exactly you fit within the world and the closer personal relationships you have on a daily basis. It’s about a life-time of body dysmorphia and how this can set off a domino effect for all other anxieties to follow. It’s probably the most honest I have ever been with anyone about how I feel and I really hope that anyone can find some peace with themselves because of it.”

Lakes In Which To Drown In is out now via Best Life Records, available HERE.
