Emo power-pop trio Shit Present have released their new single More To Lose, taken from their upcoming debut album What Still Gets Me.
“Lyrically It’s kinda nihilistic,” explains vocalist/guitarist Iona Cairns. “I think I had been reading an ‘abandon hope’ ideology around this time. Like how we are always waiting for something to get better, or to feel less shit, but then that happens, and something else just takes its place. A fun positive song about how there’s nothing better coming.”
