VIDEO NEWS: The Early November Release Video For Latest Single ‘Make It Happen’

The Early November have released a video for their latest single Make It Happen, taken from their upcoming album Twenty. The album commemorates the band’s 20th anniversary and is a collection of both brand new tracks and older ones, written during the course of The Early November‘s life to date.

“We generally wanted to create a video, mirroring what life was like for kids our age as our music scene was exploding in 2002. When you go back 20 years, you start to notice all of these little things that’ve changed.. what we did for fun, what we wore, the technology, etc. It was a blast to sort out,” says drummer  Jeff Kummer.

“The call backs to our first music video just made sense. It puts us exactly where we were 20 years ago so you have a reference point. The fun part was reliving it. Egging the same guy 20 years later.. recreating shots from the original video.. It’s a nod to the people who’ve supported us from the start.

“Naturally, all that nostalgia comes back when you work on a project like this. The 1619 house is where we played many of our first shows. To go back, move all the new furniture, and dress it like a 2002 house show.. that was a full circle moment.

“We wanted to highlight the music scene we grew up with. It was the perfect outlet built around community and acceptance, where all that mattered was the music. It was a special thing to revisit.”

Twenty is due for release on 14th October 2022 via Pure Noise Records, available to pre-order HERE

The Early November have also announced a USA tour with I Can Make A Mess – head to the band’s website HERE for full details.
