Trap metal artist Mimi Barks has released a video for her new single [KILL]BILLY.
“[KILL]BILLY is my merciless revenge towards labeling,” she explains. “I wrote this song because I hate when unique, grassroots artists get compared to carbon copy mainstream artists. With the 4th single from my upcoming album I draw a harsh line between the Industry Plant and the profound world of grinding artists.
“The movie KILL BILL has always been a huge inspiration for me. My artwork shows me in the role of Beatrix Kiddo vs. Gogo Yubari aka the industry plant comparisons.”
