MUSIC NEWS: Dream Nails Announce ‘Feministmas’ Livestream Show

Dream Nails have announced their Feministmas livestream show, set to take place on 6th December 2020 at 6pm GMT.

In September, the band performed their debut Gig In A Box livestream and following on from the success of this they’re back for more! Feministmas originates from an annual DIY show that the band used to put on in East London, which saw artists including Big Joanie and Screaming Toenail previously on the line-ups. During the live event, Dream Nails will also be auctioning the last copy of their limited run Vagina Police vinyl to raise funds for Abortion Support Network.

Singer Janey Starling says: “We know a lot of our fans find the festive period really difficult – especially people who are queer, trans or estranged from family. Dream Nails are here for you! Feministmas is going to be a really joyful, life-affirming night for everyone to look forward to, and so will the Gig In A Boxes we’re sending out!”

Drummer Lucy Katz adds: “We will even be premiering our first Christmas song! As well as throwing all our energy and enthusiasm into curating the kind of live-show we have all been craving, we will also be offering our fans first-access to the Feministmas Virtual Merch Table featuring limited-edition merch for the creme-de-la-creme of feminist stocking fillers.”

Tickets for Feministmas are on sale now, with the Dream Nails Gig In A Box package once again available. This time around the full package will be kept a surprise until the event, but is set to offer fans exclusive merch, self-care treats, a gender-neutral toilet sign (as part of the band’s commitment to make gig venues safer) and the live gig experience from the comfort of  your own home. Each box will also contain a grow-your-own Christmas tree, which will reach maturity in 2028, to get everyone into the true festive spirit! You can purchase your tickets and packages from HERE.
