Punk-rock quintet Lurk have released two new tracks, brand new single Pressure Points and an acoustic version of Trample, taken from their Hi-Fi EP.

“It’s a song about people’s voracious nature in bringing up injustices without seeking change,” explains vocalist Kevin Kiley of the new single. “The internet can be a great tool for discussion and information during difficult times like now, but I think it often turns into an echo chamber and the motivation becomes social acceptance. It’s exhausting but there needs to be difficult conversations that seek change rather than hiding from contrasting viewpoints.”

“We also recorded an acoustic version of Trample from our Hi-Fi EP,” he adds. “We hope you enjoy it and promise more music to come. Rock n Roll baby, peace and love.”

Lurk release their Electro-Shock EP last year via Pure Noise Records, available to stream or purchase HERE.
