The video, directed by world class animator Francesca de Bassa, takes the band's own self-isolated photography and brings it to life as kaleidoscopic, animated collages. 

The Swedish modern metal sextet will release the new album in August through Nuclear Blast.

The digital EP was recorded at The Gramercy in New York City on 11th February 2019, in support of their latest album 'Ritual'. 

'It Takes Blood and Guts' is co-written with music journalist, biographer and broadcaster Lucy O’Brien.
