2000trees is one of our favourite festivals, ever. The 2019 edition had an absolutely stacked line-up and we at Bring The Noise UK spent all three days rushing around like crazy, trying to catch as much as possible. A arrival slightly later than planned, thanks to the ever wonderful traffic coming out of South Wales, meant that we were unable to catch the very start of the festival. However, we managed to cram a load of great bands in and still had an incredible day one!
This year, 2000trees has, in a totally unsurprisingly turn of events, put together another stellar line-up of the best rock and alternative music has to offer, including some truly exemplary bands from across the spectrum of hardcore music. Here’s our guide to the ones you need to catch at the weekend.

While She Sleeps seem as if they’ve undergone a transformation since taking control of their own destiny with their previous album 'You Are We'. It’s a preconception that does this band a disservice. Shows like this aren’t born out of being the hot thing right now. They come from lighting a burning fire in the heart of your fans. 'SO WHAT?' is just the latest piece of fuel used to fan the flame, and we celebrated with the band on the Glasgow leg of their tour.
A band hellbent for the best part of a decade on mastering their craft and redefining modern metalcore, While She Sleeps have strived to make every album like it will be their last parting project. Now, the band are dropping 'SO WHAT?' via the Sleep Brothers and Spinefarm imprints ahead of their All Points East and 2000trees festival appearances. Here's what we thought of their latest effort!
