It's almost that time again, as we prepare to pack our bags and make our way to Upcote Farm for one of our favourite festivals of the year, 2000trees. Year-on-year the line-up offers some of the best names in alternative music, so we've picked our must-see bands at this year's festival!

In life there's certain combinations that just go together: peanut butter and jam; the Kardashians and plastic surgery; yin and yang; and now, Phoxjaw and Pagan! The two bands have just finished a UK tour which went from strength to strength and we were there to see things kick off in Bristol.

Next week Pagan return to the UK for a run of shows in support of their debut album Black Wash, so we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to hear their top tips and stories from the road. Here's what they had to say!

This month sees alt-rockers Phoxjaw release their debut EP Goodbye Dinosaur... and to celebrate they will be touring with Pagan and playing three headline shows. We caught up with vocalist/bassist Danny Garland ahead of the dates to hear the band's top tips and stories from the road.
