Hollywood baseball biopic, ‘Moneyball’, stepped up to bat in UK cinemas yesterday and wasted no time in hitting it out of the park. Directed by Bennett Miller, Moneyball stars Brad Pitt as Billy Beane, the general manager of Oakland Athletic, who successfully puts together a winning baseball team on a tight budget.
