The first ever Slam Dunk South at Hatfield University may have been beset with teething problems but luckily that didn’t stop BringthenoiseUK catching up with the lovely Dan O’Conner and Alan Day of Four Year Strong for a quick pre-show chat. We talked about their new album, Enemy of the World as well as all things Slam Dunk and punk rock with the band’s two singer/guitarists.
Slam Dunk North, held in the fine city of Leeds always provides a great party year after year, with this year no exception. It could possibly have been the fact that its Southern counterpart was considered to be a ‘bit’ of a let down that Leeds stepped up is game, but everyone, bands and attendees were on top form!
Anticipated and ventured to by many around the country, for this years Slam Dunk South festival we held high hopes, with its stunning line up and shamelessly cheap ticket prices.

So, Crime in Stereo have finally made their highly anticipated return to musical playing devices all over the world, with the release of their newest album “I Was Trying To Describe You To Someone” available on Bridge Nine Records, and believe me, since we heard it, it hasn’t been off ours.
