Sonisphere announces more bands and a comedy bill
SONISPHERE has confirmed another ten acts for this year’s line up, including SOULFLY, TURISAS, BIGELF, POLARBEAR CLUB, HEAVEN’S BASEMENT and KARNIVOOL, and has announced its first comedy bill!

Hevy Music Festival is such a festival….a 2 day metal, rock and hardcore extravaganza on the 7th and 8th August 2010. Situated in the heart of Kent, a 10 minute drive from the Eurotunnel port at Ashford, Hevy is shaping up to be one of the festivals we’re going to get most excited about this year. Not least for the reason that Glassjaw will be making a rare and exclusive appearance to headline the main stage on Sunday evening, with Gallows headlining on Saturday.
NASS Extreme sports and music festival 2010
The UK’s biggest action sports and music festival Relentless NASS is returning to the Bath and West Showground from 9th – 11th July.
Tinie Tempah, Chase & Status Live and Plan B are confirmed to headline the main stage, with other acts including Wiley, The Skints, Hadouken, Bowling For Soup, Devlin and Back Beat Sound System and some of the best of the UK’s up and coming rock and metal bands appearing in the Exmoor Bar.

Thom Yorke to perform solo at Latitude 2009
Radiohead front man and odd ball Thom Yorke has just been confirmed as a very special guest for this years Latitude festival, which takes place between the 16th and 19th of July at Henham Park Estate, Southwold, Suffolk.
