A leading light for tech metal, Basick Records have exapanded their roster once more by signing Belgian Mathcore crazies Bear.
If you’ve heard the name before, it might be because of their critically acclaimed performance at Germany’s fast growing tech metal festival Euroblast. Since then they’ve caught the eye of many, most notably Basick Records co-founder and head honcho Nathan ‘Barley’ Phillips. Heres what he has to say:
“I had the misfortune of a near-death experience when I chanced upon BEAR playing at a small venue in Germany last year… It’s not often that I genuinely fear for my own safety when watching a band, but experiencing BEAR’s live show is about as close to armageddon as it gets. I’m thrilled to welcome them to BASICK.”
That’s a recommendation and a half!
