Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) is offering PlayStation Academic Scholarships, with a chance of a paid developer role at one of their UK studios, to Gamer Camp students at Birmingham City University.
Four students will have £4k of their Gamer Camp (an MA course for aspiring developers offered by Birmingham University) tuition fees paid by the Academic Scholarship. An interview panel comprised of SCEE developers will decide who wins these sponsored places.
For a free taste of the course, Gamer Camp is hosting an Open Day on Saturday 4 August 2012 at NTI Birmingham, part of Birmingham City University. Potential applicants will get to sample a games design session, hear more on how the course works and quiz current students.
