Pure Love (the partnership between ex-Gallows frontman Frank Carter and Jim Caroll) have revealed the video for their first single. The track, Handsome Devils Club, was premiered earlier this week on Radio One as Zane Lowe’s Hottest Record In The World and will be released on 23rd July. According to Carter, the song is simply about “being young and having fun”, and you can watch the video below.
The single follows their previous release, the free download track Bury My Bones which was released last month. Since then it’s clocked up almost 500,000 views on Youtube and was downloaded by thousands within the first few days. The band are currently putting the finishing touches to their forthcoming debut album which will be released in October on Vertigo Records. They’ve also been revealed as playing this year’s Reading and Leeds Festival, opening the NME / Radio 1 stage.
