NEWS: Marshall launch Pitch Black range

This month sees legendary music brand, Marshall, launching a new line of headphones, called the ‘Pitch Black’. Initially known for their amps, Marshall has delved into the world of headphones and has a decent collection already under the belt.

The new Pitch Black range will have both the Major on ear and the ‘Minor in ear styles, and will aim to be the dark horse of the brand as they’ll be completely painted black.

The Major Pitch Black is set to be a great set of headphones. They feature a denim headband and look like they’ll be a solid pair. Like other Marshall Major Headphones, the earphones have super soft cushioning, allowing the listener to listen to music all day in a comfortable way, no matter how heavy the music. They also come with a built-in microphone and a remote control that will be compatible with all phones and MP3 players. The cord also adds to the look and is inspired by vintage style guitar cables, with the plug as a replica of a classic tele plug.

The Minor contains the latest technology to make them perfectly practical, as well as super slick. They are an in ear model and contains the EarClick technology that all other Marshall Minors have. It means that the earphone secures perfectly into your ears. Again, each comes with a mic and a remote to make it easier to answer and end calls, and to control your playlist.

The Major will retail at £100, and the Minor will retail at £50 and both will be available from Selfridges.
