MUSIC INTERVIEW: Life On The Road With…Diamond Days
We caught up with Diamond Days ahead of their forthcoming tour to chat about life on the road. From essential items to their most outrageous moments we've got it covered! Favourite thing about touring: Not showering is the best part of it and eating fast food every day. This makes you feel really fresh in the morning after sleeping in a van, in a hammock! Least favourite thing about touring: Driving the van, I wish we could just cut this part out of the tour out and just teleport to each venue. This would also save petrol costs too. If anybody knows how to ...

ALBUM REVIEW: Giraffe Tongue Orchestra – Broken Lines
Supergroups are often hit and miss affairs: at their best you end up with coherent projects where the band's members compliment each other, such as Them Crooked Vultures or Audioslave, whilst at their worst they can just sound like a self-indulgent mess (looking at you here Chickenfoot). This new one is entitled Giraffe Tongue Orchestra and boasts a hugely impressive array of talent, comprising of Alice in Chains vocalist William DuVall, guitarists Ben Weinman of the Dillinger Escape Plan and Brent Hinds of Mastodon, Dethklok bassist Pete Griffin and former The Mars Volta drummer Thomas Pridgen. The group's debut record is ...

ALBUM REVIEW: Every Time I Die – Low Teens
It's been almost a year since Every Time I Die's Keith Buckley had his world turned upside down. During a day off in Toronto, Buckley received a call that his wife was in hospital fighting for her life and his daughter had been born several month's premature. Both Buckley's wife and daughter survived, but it was a situation that shaped both his life and the band's new record Low Teens. A majority of Low Teens was written as Buckley sat in the hospital and it shows, as it proves to be the bands most hard hitting record to date. Low Teens ...
